The AR payment was due pursuant to a property purchase agreement signed and approved on September 19, 2019 which outlines annual AR anniversary payments and a 2% NSR royalty per project subject to terms of the purchase agreement.

Palamina Corp. (TSXV:PA - OTCQB:PLMNF) has received assay results for the two recently completed core holes at the Usicayos Gold Project in southeastern Peru. Holes VE-05-2022 and VE-06-2022 were completed from drill pad 5 situated approximately 120 metres northeast of hole VE-04-20021 to test the most easterly 200 metres of the Veta Zone.

Palamina Corp. (TSXV:PA - OTCQB:PLMNF) On June 9, 2022 Palamina paid US$ 44,000 to acquire 100 % of a 200 hectare titled internal concession at the Usicayos Gold Project. An additional US$ 11,000 is being held in trust to be paid on notification from the Registro Publicos that the titled claims have been transferred and fully registered to Palamina S.A.C. (Palamina’s Peruvian subsidiary). Palamina now holds 100% title interest to 14,012 hectares at Usicayos with no underlying payments or royalties.

Palamina Corp. (TSXV:PA - OTCQB:PLMNF) has restarted its drilling program at the Usicayos Gold Project in southeastern Peru post the end of the rainy season. In the first quarter of 2022, Palamina worked with independent geological consultants and GoldSpot Discoveries to complete 3D modelling of the drilling carried out in 2021 in the Veta Zone to optimize the position of the first drill hole VE-5-2022.

Palamina Corp. All assay results from core intervals of interest have now been returned. The first 4 drill holes were completed in the Veta Zone which consists of multiple mineralized gold structures defined at surface over an 800 metre strike length. Drilling to date has tested 600 metres of strike length.
